Basic Bulgur Wheat

Ingredients:

1 cup bulgur (don’t rinse)

2 cups water

¾ teasp salt

Method:

1. Boil water and salt.

2. Stir in bulgur and return to boil. Reduce heat, and simmer – covered – 20 minutes.

3. Remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes.

4. Fluff with fork, and serve.
