Barbara's Granadilla (Passion Fruit) Snow


1 cup or more granadilla pulp (or any pureed canned or fresh fruit)

3-4 Tablespoons sugar

3 egg whites

1 container sweet cream (250 ml)

14 gr gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water


  1. Stiffly beat egg whites with some of the sugar.
  2. Add gelatin to whipped cream, and add fruit.
  3. Fold into egg whites.
  4. Refrigerate.
