Easy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 container sour cream / yoghurt (200 ml)

1 cup Self Raising flour

1 cup drinking chocolate (Shokolit)

1 cup oil

1 cup sugar

Topping:

120 gr chocolate

1/2 container sweet cream (1 container = 250 ml)

Warm cream to almost boiling point.  Pour over chocolate and beat until chocolate melts.

Method:

Mix all ingredients and bake in 2 small or 1 large loaf tin, about 40 minutes.

Pour topping over cake when slightly cool.
