Fudge (South African)

Ingredients:

1 medium tin condensed milk

1 teaspoon syrup or honey

1 Tablespoon butter

4 Tablespoons water

1.5 cups sugar

vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Boil syrup, butter, and water over low heat.
  2. Add condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla essence.
  3. Simmer on low flame till ready (soft-ball stage).
