Haidee's Instant Pudding Biscuits



1 pkt (2.5 cups) Self-Raising flour

200 gr butter

1 container sour cream (200 ml)

3 yolks


3 egg whites

1 cup sugar

1 pkt instant vanilla pudding

Beat egg whites with sugar and instant pudding.


  1. Mix all ingredients for dough,a nd divide into three balls.  Leave in fridge in grease-proof paper several hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Roll thin, and spread with filling.
  3. Slice, and bake on baking sheet.
