Cheese Balls


1/2 kg Tuv Ta’am white cheese

4 eggs

12 Tablespoon semolina

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar


  1. In large pot, bring slightly salted water to boil.
  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.  Form ping-pong sized balls and cook in boiling water 12-15 mintues, until they swell and float to top.
  3. Serve with sour cream, yoghurt, jam, or icing sugar.
