Edna’s Mushroom Pie

Ingredients:

Dough:

1 container sour cream (200 ml)

200 gr butter

1 pkt (2.5 cups) Self Raising flour

Filling:

1 kg champignon

Katchkeval – thick slices

Method:

  1. Mix dough, and spread quite thinly on bottom of pyrex or baking tray.
  2. Slice mushrooms, and cover the dough.
  3. Cover mushrooms with sliced cheese.
  4. Bake till crisp.
