1 can chickpeas (sae juice)

3/4 cup raw tehina

2 small cloves garlic

juic of about 2 lemons

salt and pepper to taste


  1. Grind chickpeas and garlic in food processor.
  2. Add juice of chickpeas very slowly, 1 Tablespoon at a time, till desired consistency has been reached.
  3. Add tehina, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
