Mom's Cheese Latkes


250 gr 9% cream cheese

1 egg

1/2 cup flour

100 gr butter for frying


  1. Mix flour and cheese.   Add sugar and egg.
  2. Melt 30 gr butter, and when bubbling fry 1 level Tablespoon cheese mixtuer over moderate flame, about 3 mintues each side.
  3. Serve hot or cold, with or without sour cream.
