Mom's White Cheese Souffle

Ingredients:

1 kg cream cheese

4 eggs – separated

5 Tablespoons Self-Raising flour

1 cup milk

salt and pepper

100 gr butter

lots of dill – chopped

Method:

  1. Stiffly beat egg whites.
  2. Mix otehr ingredients and fold into whites.
  3. Bake 3/4-1 hour in mod-hot oven.
