Nina’s Kneidlach

Ingredients:

1 cup matza meal

1/4 cup oil

3/4 cup water

 2 eggs – beaten

Method:

  1. Bring water and oil to boil and pour over matza meal.  Mix well.
  2. When cool, add eggs, salt and pepper.
  3. Wet hands and form balls.
  4. Simmer, covered, in pot of boiling water about 1/2 hour.
