Shrimps in Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

500-750 gr frozen shrimp

2 medium onions – chopped

1 Tablespoon butter

2 cloves garlic – chopped

1 tin coconut milk

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Fry onion, garlic and ginger till onions soft, but not brown.
  2. Add coconut milk and salt, and bring to boil, stirring.  Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
  3. Add shrimps and cook 10-15 minutes.
