Tuna or Salmon Mousse

Ingredients:

2 tins tuna or salmon

1 Tablespoon prepared mustard

1 cup sweet cream

1 pkt gelatin

2 Tablespoon mayonnaise

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients, excepting for gelatin, in food processor.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in water, and add to above.
  3. Refrigerate to set.
