Easy Chicken Breast with Simple Gravy


1 chicken breast – cut in pieces

1 Tablespoon butter

2/3 cup water

1/2 teaspoon (or less) chili powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 Tablespoon flour

1/4 cup chopped onions

salt to taste


  1. Melt butter, add chili, garlic, and salt, and bring to boil.
  2. Add flour, and mix till smooth.
  3. Place chicken in pot, cover, and simmer about 5 mintues.
  4. Add onion, and simmer furterh 10 mintues, till chicken tender.
