Ingredients:
Chicken portions
1 Tablespoon chicken soup powder
1 tin pineapple pieces
2 Tablespoons tomato puree
Method:
- Place chicken pices in oven-proof dish, and cover with pineapple pieces.
- Mix muice with puree and soup powder, and pour over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, at 180 for 30 minutes.
- Uncover, and continue baking further 30 mintues, till brown.
