Ingredients:
chicken portions
1 tin lychees
1/3 cup white wine
2-3 cloves garlic – crushed
1.5 treaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1-2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon onion soup mix
Ingredients:
- Mix juice of lychee with wine, garlic, worcester sauce, soy, honey, and onion soup mix.
- Place lychees on bottom of pyrex or oven dish, with chicken portions on top. Pour over mixture.
- Bake till ready.
