Leanne’s Chicken with Lychees


chicken portions

1 tin lychees

1/3 cup white wine

2-3 cloves garlic – crushed

1.5 treaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1-2 Tablespoons soy sauce

1 Tablespoon honey

1 Tablespoon onion soup mix


  1. Mix juice of lychee with wine, garlic, worcester sauce, soy, honey, and onion soup mix.
  2. Place lychees on bottom of pyrex or oven dish, with chicken portions on top.  Pour over mixture.
  3. Bake till ready.
