Mom’s Chicken in Black Beer

Ingredients:

Chicken portions

2 large onions – cubed

2 cloves garlic – crushed

1 bottle black beer

paprika

salt and pepper

mixed herbs

lots of parsley

2 tins tomato puree + 4 tins water

Method:

  1. Brown chicken in oven with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Fry onions and add garlic, puree, water, beer and herbs, and mix over low flame.
  3. Remove from heat and pour over browned chicken pieces.
  4. Add parsley, and bake till done.
