Mom’s Yaffa Miller Scones


200 gr butter

1 container yogurt (200 gr)

2 eggs

2 Tablespoons sugar

pinch salt

about 2 pkts Self-Raising flour (1 pkt = 2.5 cups) –┬áto make workable dough


  1. Crumb butter, flour, salt and sugar.
  2. Beat eggs and add, leaving some for smearing.
  3. Add Gil.
  4. Roll dough to 1/4″ thick, and cut with glass.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes in fairly high oven.
