Ilana’s Shrimps in White Wine




salt, pepper, thyme

about 1/4 cup white wine

Optional:  1/3 box sweet cream (1 box = 250 gr)


Fry thinly sliced garlic.

Add shrimps and seasoning.  Toss till shrimps pink.

Add about 1/4 cup white wine and bring to boil.  Lower flame and cook till sauce thickens.

Optional:  Add 1/3 box sweet cream to thickened sauce and boil one minute.
