Ingredients:
6 apples – peeled, cored and grated coarsely
150 gr walnuts – chopped
3 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
3 Tablespoons honey
6-8 Tablespoons sweet red wine
Method:
Place apples and walnuts in large bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon over, and stir in honey and sweet wine.
Refrigerate until serving.
