Lori’s Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

100 gr chocolate

50 gr butter

4 Tablespoons milk

Method:

Melt over double bouler, stirring.

Mom’s Butter Icing

Ingredients:

50 gr butter

about 500 gr icing sugar

drop hot water

food coloring – optional (white if you don’t use coloring)

Method: Mix butter with water. Addabout 50 gr icing sugar, and continue adding icing sugar and teaspoons full of hot water till correct consistency and quantity have been reached.

Mom’s Quick Chocolate Icing

Ingredients:

50 gr butter

100 gr icing sugar

2-3 Tablespoons cocoa

1/4 container sour cream (1 container = 200 gr)

Method:

Mix all ingredients.
