Ingredients:

1 liter 3% milk

1 heaped Tblsp plain yogurt

 

Method:

Bring milk to boil, then cool to room temperature. Strain milk into Tupperware-style bowl. Add 1 heaped Tblsp yogurt and whisk well. Preheat oven to 80 degrees and switch off. Close bowl and leave in oven overnight. Refrigerate 1 hour before eating.

4 cups cooked or canned chickpeas

3-4 Tblsp maple syrup or honey

Dietetic Cheese Souffle

8 onions – finely chopped

4 x 1% cottage cheese

2 eggs

1 T bulgar wheat (or flour)

Grated yellow cheese

Mix all ingredients in oven-proof dish. Cover with grated cheese and bake till ready.

Creamy Noodles

Ingredients:

250 gr ribbon noodles – cooked and drained

tin peas

Fresh mushrooms, sliced

75 gr butter

125 ml sour cream (or yoghurt)

40 gr parmesan

black pepper to taste

Optional:

250 gr pastrama – cut in strips

Method:

Add all ingredients to bowl with noodles, toss, and heat 5-10 minutes in oven.
