Milk Soup

Ingredients:

4 cups milk

1 Tablespoon sugar

2 cups water

1/2 teaspoon salt

soup noodles – cooked and drained

little cinnamon

Method: Bring milk, water, sugar, salt, and cinnamon to boil. Place noodles in soup, and boil 3-4 minutes.

Mom’s Stuffing for Kneidlach (Neshoma)

Ingredients:

1 cup matza meal

1/4 cup oil

3/4 cup water

2 eggs – beaten

Method: Bring water and oil to boil and pour over matza meal. Mix well. When cool, add eggs, salt and pepper. Wet hands and form balls. Simmer, covered, in pot of boiling water about 1/2 hour.
