Flat noodles – cooked
Carrots – sliced into longish strips
2-3 onions – sliced
green peppers – sliced
cooked chicken – shredded
soy sauce
Method: Boil carrots. Fry peppers. Add onions, and continue frying till golden-brown. Add carrots and chicken to fried mixture, and mix. Add noodles and soy sauce.
