Bobba’s Marinated Chicken


1 chicken – portioned

2 Tablespoon mayonnaise

4 Tablespoons ketchup

2 Tablespoons chutney (or apricot jam)

2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

sprinkle of hot pepper

Method: Marinade chicken in sauce for several hours. Divide all ingredients into 2 large, floured cookie bags, and bake.
